Abstract:
The current post pandemic Covid situation in the social sphere faces the problem not only of saturation of financial resources but especially the reality of limited potential of stakeholders for efficiency and development of qualitative aspects of social work in an environment of changing culture of values and priorities of interests. This study focuses on four aspects of interpersonal interaction that we consider essential for the qualitative rise of social work in society: collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and creativity (The 4 C’s). The authors present the justification for their position that creativity plays an important and primary role in this dialectic of the 4 C’s. The study defends the position that individual creativity anchored in a solid moral basis offers the necessary synergy for creativity at the level of higher social entities, which in turn offers an interesting potential to use existing dispositions to improve not only social care but also broader social interaction.
