Abstract:

The area of the safety and health protection at work is a lifelong lasting educational process. It is a given fact that the level of development of OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) standards and their application in daily life of a human is directly related to the quality of life and economic development of society. Area of safety and health forms an important part of preparation for a career but it plays a crucial role in the work process. It deserves attention especially for risky activities which clearly include handling machinery. At the level of operation of the machinery, it is important that the machine is safe, but save manipulation with the machine is important as well. This knowledge and experience are obtained by introducing the theoretical and practical training of employees. The article describes methods for risk analysis of machinery, their application in risk management and their relevance and impact on the quality of acquaintance and training employees when operating machinery.
