Abstract:
The importance of simulation technologies today is undeniable.
Our research focused on determining the extent of the impact of simulation technologies on the quality of acquired practical skills of graduates of vocational military courses.
The research was conducted on a group of Joint Terminal Attack Controllers, which we divided into two parts. The first part consisted of those soldiers who completed the course of Joint Terminal Attack Controllers in the years 2005-2007 without the use of simulation technologies. The second part consisted of those soldiers who completed the course of Joint Terminal Attack Controllers in the years 2013-2015 using simulation technologies.
During the research, we used scientific methods such as analysis, deduction, comparison and statistical methods.
The methodology consisted of four steps. In the first and second steps, we focused on collecting data on the first and second groups, using the method of content analysis. In the third step, we evaluated the collected data using comparison. In the last step, we used statistical methods to work out the results of the work.
Research has shown that the impact of simulation technologies on the practical skills of Joint Terminal Attack Controllers is significant and significantly affects them. As a result, soldiers can be deployed more quickly in operations in crisis areas. Keywords:
