Abstract:
The study aimed to diagnose the transformation of schoolchildren's ideas about a healthy lifestyle in the conditions of a forced distance-learning format and to measure the degree of their independence in terms of its implementation, depending on the age category of respondents.

The research started with a comprehensive theoretical and methodological analysis of scientific literature devoted to studying the specifics of a safe educational environment in schools during forced distance learning caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Currently, there are some scientific research works, devoted to various components of a safe educational environment, which were developed in the context of traditional education (M.A.Zvereva, E.O. Muradova). The studies pay the main attention to the issues of psychological (I.A. Baeva, S.V. Tarasov) safety of students. Whereas, in our opinion, in conditions of forced distance learning, ecological (Z.I. Tyumaseva, L.N. Elizarova, etc.) and ICT components (G.V. Grachev, V.E. Lepsky, etc.) have become especially important.

In the context of forced distance learning, the visual system (physical risk) and the nervous system (both physical and psychological risks) suffer significantly.

The experimental part of the study was based on the following research methods: questionnaires designed for each age group of respondents and the psychological test "Health Attitude Index" developed by S. Deryabo.

350 schoolchildren from the city of Stavropol participated in the study (the data was recorded by age categories: 7 - 11 years old, 12 - 15 years old, 16 - 18 years old).

At the first stage of the experimental part of the study, it was revealed that 95.7% of primary school students understood the concept of a healthy lifestyle. However, only 14.5% of the respondents of this age group could independently implement it. At the same time, this indicator was significantly higher in the group of secondary school students, where it was 82.5%.

The result of the diagnostics of students according to the psychological test "Health Attitude Index" showed that the proportion of students with a low level of the indicator of the intensity of health attitude was 17.6%, which was higher compared to the average distribution according to this test given by its author. These students were doubtful to lead a healthy lifestyle. There were no students with a high level of intensity of the indicator. The schoolchildren showed the lowest intensity indicators on the emotional scale, which characterized the rational nature of their attitude to health and the prevalence of negative social and emotional stereotypes related to a healthy lifestyle.

At the second stage of the experimental part of the study, the diagnosis of the success of schoolchildren was carried out. The success depended on the technologies used by teachers in a forced distance-learning format (the authors took into account the readiness of schoolchildren for this kind of learning, depending on their age category).

Based on the results of the research work, the recommendations for health preservation of students studying in a forced distance-learning format and not reducing their academic success were developed. The main criteria of a school safe educational environment were also identified and described.
