Abstract:

One of the most practical solutions to improve the quality of training skill and knowledge is to build and operate a quality assurance system in the higher education institution (HEI). The main aims of this research are to explore the current issue of educational quality assurance at universities in Vietnam as well as to analyze the features of the Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City quality assurance model. Research methods of this study are document analysis and data analysis. This research provides both recommendations for the higher education institutions and orientations for the quality assurance model of Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City.
