Abstract:
Covid19 pandemic has introduced certain correction in the way international projects, cooperation, mobility are being implemented. With the introduction of restrictions, changeability of permissions and prohibitions, uncertainty of the situation is such, higher education institutions have faced numerous issues regarding the aims to be implemented upon the completion of projects. They have to react quickly and responsibly to the challenges imposed and simultaneously achieve the goals set.

The author of the paper will discuss the ways the pandemic challenges may be solved on the example of the Nordplus project NPLA-2019/10058 implemented by 5 partner countries – Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Sweden and Island. The partner institutions have long been cooperating in terms of producing educational aids though the latest project has been largely affected by the pandemic restrictions concerning meetings in-person, arranging approvals of the material produced, cooperating with students with the purpose of approbating the projects results. The author will dwell upon the issues of implementing the project under the circumstances mentioned, the ways they may be tackled and describe the procedure of the certain project implementation.
