Abstract:
The article is based on the knowledge, that qualification improvement of employees is closely connected to the company's success. Highly qualified workforce plays crucial role in fields of highly competitive organizations. This is the message to which are aware not only employing organizations, but states with their education system, educational institutions public and private, but employees too. In relation to the expected increasing of employee productivity it is seemed necessary to pay attention to the job satisfaction. Therefore human resource management, labour law experts and marketers in internal marketing deals with several forms of training approaches today. The backgrounds of direct work performance as the legislative specification and role of internal marketing are presented closer. The core of the paper forms results of the own research conducted on the group of Slovak university students studying business in distance form. They have very vivid connection to the work performance and study motivation. There are presented results in form of relationships between qualification improvement satisfaction and respondents` demographic characteristics and their law legislation knowledge. In connection to the results are described suggestions and recommendations for effective education leading to the job satisfaction.
