Abstract:
Educational management, which plays a crucial role to reach visions and carry out the educational goals. Vietnam education is in the process of “fundamental and comprehensive” renovation, presenting major tasks of educational management renovation so as to ensure democracy, enhance the autonomy and social responsibility right of educational and training institutions, as well as focus on quality assurance manager. The paper introduced the new national education system framework, the state management on education and school administration in Vietnam nowadays. On the other hands, future orientation on education, which focusing on developing teachers, constructing a mechanism of transparency and accountability, strengthening inspection and supervision of the implementation of policies and school education programs. Therefore, those aspects are necessarily concerned by Vietnam Government to upgrade the efficiency educational management.
