Abstract:
In our previous works, we showed that there are big differences in education quality among regions of Vietnam. In this work, we make some investigations in educational services all over the country, from north to south. The research is limited in public sectors in all education levels, with data collected in two years: 2014-2015. Inquiry tables are used to collect opinions of parents of elementary school pupils, secondary pupils and highschooler, also of students. Statistical tools are used to analyse collected data. There are six cities and provinces participated in this investigation, with 10.474 survey participations. Opposite to the results of education quality research, there are no big difference among regions in average satistfaction index, means education services are almost the same all over the country. The highest score surpringly does not belong to big city but to medium city where education quality is not in the highest rank.
