Its integration into general education, especially in liberal arts universities, is critical in reshaping education and nurturing competent citizens for the 21st century. Urgent attention is needed to find effective ways to make this integration happen. This paper explores various aspects of integrating AI into general education curriculum, aiming to highlight its importance, explore different approaches, address significant challenges, and propose a conceptual framework. This integration aims to enhance teaching and learning effectiveness, pave pathways to successful careers, and enrich students' lives in numerous ways.
