Abstract:
The training of managers is an ongoing challenge in the private and public spheres. The area crisis management is a special area of management in extraordinary conditions in a company. Correct and timely decisions mean effective protection of life, health, property and the environment of the community. Therefore, in the process of training crisis managers, it is necessary to offer an appropriate method of training. The purpose of the article is to reflect on the example of a case study in the form of an international study of the possibilities associated with the use of modelling, and the possibility of further development in the direction of augmented and virtual reality. The content of the article is an analysis of the implemented cross-border exercises of student crisis staff with reflections on other directions of the development of the technical area of the safety of the exercises. The result of the international exercise is the knowledge gained during the exercise. This knowledge serves both students and teachers. It helps international internship students prepare for internship and deepen their theoretical and practical experience. Other participants, such as teachers, use the results of the exercises to improve the exercises of others or to improve classical teaching.
