Abstract:
Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts as part of a consortium of universities implements the project of the EU program Erasmus+ KA2 Capacity Building for Higher Education № 598236-EPP-1-2018-1-LT-EPPKA2-CBHE-SP "Digital competence framework for Ukrainian teachers and other citizens (dComFra)".

As part of the project, Digital Competence Offices have been established in 7 Ukrainian higher education institutions. According to the dComFra project roadmap, pilot in-service training courses in the field of digital competencies for the project target groups have been launched since 2021. Training takes place in a blended format with a combination of face-to-face and distance learning technologies.

The paper presents the results of the DC e-Platform development, which includes courses to increase the level of digital competence. The e-learning platform dComFra is based on the distance learning platform Moodle (Modular Object-Oriented Distance Learning Environment), an open virtual learning environment that provides ample opportunities for the use of modern technologies of distance and blended learning, development of web resources, as well as distance learning management.

22 training modules are divided into 3 levels of difficulty, in particular:
Basic level - Computer Essentials; Online Essentials; Word Processing; Spreadsheets;
Intermediate level - Presentation; Using Databases; IT Security; Online Collaboration; Image Editing; Web Editing; Project Planning, Ukrainian Digital Citizen; Health Information System Usage; ICT in Education; Digital Marketing; Computing; Information Literacy; Data Protection;
Advanced level - Advanced Word Processing; Advanced Spreadsheets; Advanced Database; Advanced Presentation.

The syllabuses of the training modules are designed taking into account the best experience gained from European partners during the project and considering European standards of digital competence (DigComp, DigComEdu) and the international system of digital skills certification ICDL.
Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts team has developed the modules Presentations, Advanced Presentations, and ICT in Education. The paper provides an overview of these modules, analyzes the didactic approaches to the development of learning materials, and tests the modules during the pilot with a group of teachers. In particular, the importance of these modules in the structure of development of digital competence of the educators is outlined.
