Abstract:
In this article considered the experience of using the project activities in the learning process of Russian philology at high school, as well as provided results of one of the student's projects — Calendar «Gallery of female images in Russian literature».
Key characteristics of a projects method (autonomy, team work, problem-oriented, integrative, practical results) make it the most effective method of teaching in high education. Project activities in humanitarian education focused on social importance, on change of social environment. That is why this method provides a high level of educational students’ motivation and efficiently generates professional competence of future specialists-philologists.
