Abstract:
Oracle Academy is a global educational program by Oracle, offering free teaching and learning resources to academic institutions and educators. This program supports technology education by providing curricula, cloud access, software, and professional development, equipping students with essential knowledge and skills for their future careers.

University professors often face challenges in motivating students to continuously update their knowledge and technological skills during their academic journey and beyond. Another key challenge is developing strategies to bridge knowledge gaps and internationalize the curriculum, ensuring that students worldwide have equal access to high-quality content. This approach not only democratizes education but also enhances students' proficiency in technical English, which is critical in the global workforce.

In this study, Oracle Academy courses in Programming and Project Management were analyzed and selected as complementary activities within the curriculum. The methodology involved comparing student performance and motivation in groups where these Oracle Academy courses were implemented with those where they were not. A t-test for independent samples was conducted, revealing significant improvements in the groups where Oracle Academy courses were applied.

The results demonstrate that integrating Oracle Academy courses into the curriculum significantly enhances students' understanding of programming and project management. Furthermore, the study found an increase in student motivation to continue engaging with Oracle Academy resources, effectively addressing the challenge of using technical English in their learning process.

In conclusion, the integration of Oracle Academy courses presents a sustainable and cost-effective strategy for educational institutions to internationalize their curriculum. Additionally, it serves as a way to incentivize continuous learning by providing students with tools that enable them to stay updated with the latest developments in their field. This initiative not only strengthens students' technical competencies and strategic skills but also prepares them for the demands of their future careers while supporting their ongoing professional development, particularly in mastering technical English.
