Abstract:
The goal of this project research was to find out habits, trends and interactions on social networks of children from 5th to 8th grade of elementary school that will be conducted through a questioneer. For that purpose we distributed them to 5 different elementary schools. That produced 1004 filled questioneers which serve as a relevant sample for our research purposes.

Nowadays, as children grow up with modern technology and have been connected to the Internet from an early age, it is interesting to see how these new generations grow up and adapt to this new world in which rapid adaptation is important and the changing trends of the internet-connected world are changing rapidly.

Since today most social interactions happens online and it is important for young people in elementary schools to represent their lives and personalities to other peers. Because of this, they are certainly losing important social skills they need in face-to-face interactions, while on the other hand, they are learning to handle modern technology from an early age, which in some way shapes their minds and allows them to more easily adapt and cope with the challenges of modern and continuous emerging technologies.
