Abstract:
The paper scopes the results of the research held within the zoom-based environment due to the COVID- 19 restrictions on travelling.

The subject matter of the research is students’ attitude toward the e-learning process and the way it is organised. The results of the questionnaire database composed for the bachelor students of the Economic Department, Moscow State Institute of International Relations, Moscow, Russia, show the involvement into the zoom-based environment and identify the students’ attitude toward zoom-based solutions in educations and their role in e-learning.

The objective of the research is to identify the results of the student’s attitude towards zoom-based learning solutions of foreign languages acquired through an online questionnaire.

The methods applied are a questionnaire, content analysis, sampling and categorization.
The sample included 82 international relations university students who study foreign languages as ESP.

The findings of research highlight the significance of feedback process within the zoom education in order to shape the concept of the educational standard, enhance the learners’ motivation, analyze and critically evaluate the contents of zoom-based education. The results of the study may be of particular importance for lecturers, psychologists and higher school students.
