Abstract:
Gifted children are a unique phenomenon of the world. Among peers they are distinguished by special abilities in various activities and psychological characteristics. One of the most significant difficulties of the modern educational system is the provision of the appropriate environment for the particularly gifted children and their support. Many parents and teachers find it difficult to select an appropriate learning and educational programs for the development of particularly gifted children. It is a big problem to reveal such talent in childhood. Early detection and education of talented/capable children and the improvement of the abilities of gifted children is one of the main challenges of the education system. Therefore, it is important for teachers and future teachers to have high-quality inclusive education and preparation to work with children who exhibit non-standard behavior and thinking. Expert teachers with foreign experience and knowledge and real pedagogical intuition (parent's or teacher's talent), serious psychological preparation and development of testing instruments are important for revealing a child's talent. Practice shows that the development of talent can often be delayed, which hinders the child's development. The sooner teachers, psychologists and parents are able to identify the child's talents and creative abilities, develop an individual development program in time, adjust teaching methods, activities, and resources to the child's strengths, create an environment conducive to the manifestation and development of the child's unique abilities, the faster their motivation will increase to fully reveal their strengths. The paper discusses the challenges of standardization and legal regulation of the environment for the development of gifted children and the ways to meet such challenges, the existing mechanisms for timely identification and improvement of the abilities of gifted children. Keywords:
