In this sense, updating knowledge on Judicialization of Health through a game may attract the attention of hundreds or thousands of professionals working in both legal field and medical area. Besides, due to its theme’s relevance, the game can reach ordinary citizens willing to better understand their rights, given that access to health care is a need shared for every member of society. Thus, it is expected that this Serious game will contribute to improve the harmony in the relationship between constitutional right to health care, the State’s duty to ensure said right and ways to exercise citizenship. In order to achieve this, the educational software developed called Game Quiz - Judicialization of Health is a set of multimedia type that offers possibility of combining text, images and audio, all through a scheme of questions and answers, allowing the user to get tips and feedback on the topic. Aiming to increase the game’s dynamics, resources have been added to help the players in developing strategies to improve their performance, such as freeze response time, eliminate two wrong choices or even skip a question. In addition, users can also check the ranking to compare their score with others participants’ through a special mechanism in their login, so that they know their own points as well as the points of the two players immediately above and below them. At the end of the game, not only users will be assessed on general aspects concerning Judicialization of Health but they also will be updated on main topics of this phenomenon.
