Abstract:
Face-to-face training in companies becomes more unproductive every day due to travel times and the costs that these generate for companies. E-learning has become the most important solution in recent times to meet high-impact organizational objectives such as training and updates in different academic and business topics. The business agglomerations called Clusters, thanks to their policy of development and continuous growth, seek that the transfer of theoretical and technical knowledge can reach all the collaborators who participate in it, in such a way that knowledge is one of their greatest strengths. This document presents the characteristics that e-learning platforms have today, with which business clusters can be supported to facilitate strategic objectives focused on generating knowledge in the companies that belong to these clusters. Easy access to information, the didactic tools that e-learning has, and the ease of transmitting information in real-time to users are key tools to achieve the objectives of the clusters.
