Abstract:
Purpose:
The principal aim of the current essay is to explore the inter-relationships of major conceptual constructs related to tertiary students’ satisfaction regarding the School of Pedagogical and Technological Education (ASPETE) services. The plan of the paper is to assess in ASPETE service quality in Greece. The paper examines expected perceptions of service quality related to its dimensions named tangibility, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, empathy, and accessibility.

Design/ Methodology/ Approach:
The present study aims at enlightening the causes leading to the School of Pedagogical and Technological Education (ASPETE) students’ satisfaction or blocking it. The instrument, which measured students’ satisfaction in relation to service quality, is SERVQUAL.
Findings- The research findings can depict attentiveness to noteworthy and adjudicate sound effects of tangibility, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, empathy, and accessibility related to service quality in university departments. In addition, it highlights Greek post-graduates students’ pessimistic and distrustful attitudes and obstacles or optimistic and trustful behaviors toward the School of Pedagogical and Technological Education (ASPETE) services.
Besides, the research outcomes point out the obligation of understanding the current situation related to the fundamental needs of embracing excellence in Greek tertiary education
Assurance Principles in tertiary educational level and accepting the real need for initiatives changes in order to find appropriate solutions which will meet the need of students’ needs and demands for excellence.

Research limitations/implications:
The study was refereeing to Greek postgraduate students’ satisfaction from School of Pedagogical and Technological Education (ASPETE) services during their studies. Future research could provide novel observed outcomes in relation to the current situation in the specific School of Pedagogical and Technological Education.

Originality/value:
The paper contributes to portraying a totally new situation, asking for excellence concerning Greek University services in relation to students’ needs. In addition, service quality measurement will assist in establishing a market orientation for Schools of Pedagogical and Technological Education, focusing on postgraduate students satisfaction as customers.
