Abstract:
A graduate’s feedback on the services offered by an institution determines the learning experience of the students. In pursuit of this, an exit-survey was conducted to 682 graduating students. The study revealed that graduates of board courses indicated low satisfaction on their academic experience though most were indicating high competency level. The graduates claimed they have a high level of competency in both general and professional education. There is a high level of satisfaction on the attainment of its program objectives. However, the moderate level of satisfaction on the over-all experience is attributed to some offices and facilities such as the facilities at the Multi-media Resource Center, internet and laboratories, the services of the Medical and Dental Services. To define what a graduate will be in the future, their attitudes and characters. Intervention programs have been designed to address the concerns raised by the graduates to ensure the delivery of quality education and develop the person to the fullest. Keywords:
