Abstract:
Moving a large numbers of people from one country to another requires their education and socialization, which is practically not feasible in the traditional education system, which was created long ago on a very different purpose.

Also, the use of spaced repetition methods in old programs and services allow you to memorize quickly poorly structured information than provoke users to spend a lot of time on a completely unproductive activity on memorizing and translating words out of context and structure.
There are new tools to facilitate teaching and learning depends on visual models and colors. Developed within the framework of this research project a process control system for obtaining language skills designed to implement such a visual approach in the form of separate programs, applications, and an integrated system for maximum ease, simplify and automate this process.

This work is aimed to analyze the methods of acquiring language using scientific theories and visual approach and visual model, as well as using the tools of systems analysis and information technology to develop a modern program for learning management system. The main objective, which proposed a study on real-time audio processing and its application for sentence map and visual interaction on the web.
The essence of this approach is structured knowledge and translating information about the laws of the subject field into a visual form. Development of visual meta-language to non- verbal communication with the teacher-student systems, human-computer and human-human can help improve facilities for training and create a new generation of LMS.

The basis for the harmonization of terminology, methods, procedures and structures in the process of creating a new generation of LMS is a visual meta-language tools and systems analysis, as a link between theory and practice, IT and humanities field, science and social processes.

Visual models, derived from the analysis of basic scientific theory, already partially published previously. In this paper we present a new model derived from the analysis of the most abstract structures. Model changes and the structure of the primary dualities have become the basis for a new classification of phenomena of language, grammatical structures and the development of a second sequence of verbs grammar explanations and practice the skills of construction proposals.

We are working on the creation of interactive computer simulators and systems of learning management, as well as to obtain their means of statistical learning curve changes to a large number of students.

Structural-visual method (SVM) which is based on is the Visual models, modeling the structure of developing activities.
SVM has already been successfully used to train a fairly large number of students. Subjective reports indicate a significant acceleration of the learning process of basic grammatical structures.

Currently, the program is being established and several models of LMS simulations have been created to reach the target result.
The use of modern IT together with the use of effective models of skills acquisition accelerates learning and enhances its success by transferring a synergistic effect to all stages of the formation of language skills. We have also show that such technology fits modern mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets, as Map and voice execution did not require anything but an HTML5-compliant web browser.
