Abstract:
The concept of non-competition in educational evaluation was born in alternative pedagogy as a counterweight to the concept of competition, the basis of which is to deny the importance of competitiveness in school education and evaluation. The focus of alternative pedagogy and thus that of the interpretive concepts of education is the child. In this paper, I introduce that what is actually evaluated in education in terms of student performance or their learning activities depends not only on the teacher’s personal conception of the teaching itself, but also on some general concepts of education. The concept of evaluation gives a comprehensive view on the issue from the aspects of defining the process and applying the methods, means and results of evaluation.

I would like to introduce that the teacher’s perspectives of viewing the teaching process, the process of learning, the development of students and the whole education process are configured throughout the whole time of each teacher’s professional experience.
