Abstract:
This study analyzes the impact of the innovative educational intervention “Financial Fortress,” which uses game-based learning and experiential pedagogy to simulate the process of starting a business and interacting with key government institutions. Research based on a comparative analysis of pre- and post-tests among 57 respondents demonstrated the high effectiveness of this simulation both in addressing knowledge gaps and in developing key soft skills. The results show that the key benefits lay in the demonstrable strengthening of teamwork (77% of participants), logical reasoning (64%), and communication confidence in official meetings (63%). Given that 80% of participants prefer this interactive format over traditional teaching, the study confirms that gamified simulations represent a promising approach to demystifying administrative processes and effectively building financial resilience among the younger generation.
