Mobile technologies support the education by introducing more attractive, motivating and technologically enhanced instructional materials. Their integration in the learning process can increase the quality and accessibility of education and stimulate students’ activity.
The aim of this paper is to present our experience in using mobile technologies to enhance learning process in the secondary school. The methodology concerning the design, implementation and assessment of the developed mobile resources is described.
The pedagogical experiment was conducted with 52 11th grade students in teaching Application Software. The quality of the developed multimedia learning materials was assessed by 5 teachers through using expert cards.
Students used QR codes to visualize the developed mobile learning resources. At the end of the experiment they were asked to complete a questionnaire. The results showed that students highly evaluate the developed mobile learning resources and have a positive attitude toward the use of this technology in the classroom. They believe that it can improve their motivation and interest in the learning material. Keywords:
