Abstract:
The content of the article examines the problem of supporting certain social groups or individuals in order to timely and adequately update society, which is an objective need of modern democratic society. This type of support includes the creation of conditions ensuring the successful integration and realization of public relations by persons in a state of social inequality. In view of the effectiveness of this type of social impact, it is necessary to develop and test educational strategies aimed at early adequate socialization of the youngest members of society, who, given their social status, are more or less difficult to its adaptation to its requirements. The article traces the concepts and practical forms for the realization of the pedagogical interaction with disadvantaged children, placed in specialized social institutions. The fundamental starting points for its implementation are considered, the specific parameters of interaction are derived, the tendencies and the new challenges in the context of the content, methods, techniques, approaches and forms for organization are outlined. The report emphasizes the importance of the realization of the optimal pedagogical interaction as a key factor for the successful socialization of the risk groups of children raised entirely in an institutional environment. The article presents the specific features of the institutionalized type of educational interactions. The current criteria and conditions for their effectiveness are systematized, including strategies for the formation of specific key social competencies, the use of technologies that stimulate personal growth and approaches to facilitate disadvantaged children in their adaptation to internal and external changes in the social environment.
