A good example in this regard is the developed by the University of Library Studies and Information Technologies (ULSIT) research project entitled “Contemporary Approaches for Diffusion of Information, Knowledge and Hypotheses – an Innovative Model for Motivating Post-Doctoral Students, PhD Students, Young Scientists and University Students”, which enables university students, PhD students and young scientists, to enrich their knowledge and develop a professional opinion by trying out their skills, their talent and their creative potential in an objectively existing environment. The research team have studied territories in the region of Elhovo Municipality, situated geographically in Thrace, which is a border line to the South-eastern European Region, and the modern approaches to student motivation and PhD students include interdisciplinary scientific field research, due to which new knowledge and hypothesis are generated relating to the social processes, the historical destiny and cultural memory of the population in the vicinity of the South-eastern border.
