Abstract:

Business environment is rapidly changing nowadays. Growing demands of companies for highly trained and skilled workforce made pressure on universities to educate students in newest technologies based on latest methods in each field of economy. Student need good ICT skills in order to be a successful. In recent years computers improve the effectiveness of university education. Some teachers are not very familiar with using ICT. Teachers have not the same level of knowledge and experience with ICT. The article is focused on approach procedure how to train teachers to be able “keep abreast” with student knowledge and market demand in ICT. The article also includes process design of development of ICT skills among university teachers necessary for keeping them in charge in subject containing ICT technologies and secure they will not be overcome by students. Flexibility in changing subjects structure according new technologies in every field is basic assumption to train students which are fully prepare for labour market after finishing studies.
