Abstract:
The transformations of the higher education system of the last years regarded both the teaching processes, the knowledge transfer, and the educational experiences of the students, the phenomena of academic mobility and multiculturalism create comparative attitudes and the evolution of demands and expectations.
The permanent adaptation of the military higher education institutions to the needs of the educational market, of the consumers of offered services, but also of the final beneficiaries of education, lead to the organization and development of study programs compatible with those on a national and international level which offer the graduates necessary skills to accomplish the demands of military and civil employers.
The quality of the educational services offered in the military higher education system generates the satisfaction of graduates, the level of earned knowledge being appreciated by employers.
The marketing approach of the educational market, the knowledge of the satisfaction level of the graduates, allow the military higher education institutions to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the educational activities, as well as those of the other activities.
The study analyses the opinions of the graduates of military higher education institutions regarding the quality of the military education through a questionnaire which regards both academic dimensions, as well as non-academic, of the education in this educational system.
The correlation of the preparation level of the graduates with the requirements of the labor market, through a quality educational process, generates the satisfaction of the graduates and at the same time that of the employers.Keywords:
