Abstract:
I am an assistant professor to the National School of Political and Administration Studies (SNSPA), Faculty of Communication and Public Relations. My field of competence is audiovisual communication (I work also as a producer of political programs to the public television of Romania).
I want to propose a theme for the topic Technological Issues in Education, Classroom and Laboratory: Integration.
Mass-media is the economic field that globalized the fastest among the another economic fields. The speed of globalization has been accelerated by the development of digital technology and especially by the Internet. The main beneficiary of globalization is the field of broadcasting. Traditional courses merged with the laboratory ones, since the presentation of the grammar of television, of the video editing software, of different editorial solutions cannot be effective without immediate examples, by means of video camera, of editing software, of some spots or documentary films analysis. I would like to present some solutions for Classroom and Laboratory integration in the case of audiovisual communication teaching in our faculty.

1. Shooting:
- Students receive a video camera (Sony Professional DSR 250) and at its disposal classroom and school surroundings to build a story.

2. Editing:
- Students receive a video file (working on the iMac, Adobe Premiere), with 20 shoots, lasting three seconds each. Everyone is free to use the 20 shoots to create their own story.

Teaching audiovisual communication is a good example of fusion between the classroom and laboratory.
