Abstract:
Personalized teaching is one of the challenges of the 21st century in education therefore it is also a challenge for the teaching of mathematics. In this paper we will analyze the results of questions on the role of ICT in the personalized learning of mathematics and the teacher's personal perception of the use of ICT in the learning process in Albania.
We will analyze the collected data regarding the frequency, quality and variety of using ICT for personalized math learning, which is in general terms means the design, implementation and enforcement of learning strategies and techniques that take into account the skills, intelligence and safety of the children.
We will shed light on the types of ICT tools the teachers use in their respective schools as well as their personal perception of using ICT in mathematics lessons.
On the other hand we will analyze the difficulties encountered by mathematics teachers while using ICT in their teaching process, how much interest they have to be trained in using ICT and what are some of their personal experiences regarding its use for a personalized learning of mathematics.Keywords:
