Abstract:

This paper is a report on the findings of a study conducted on online-supported virtual learning environment to enhance team learning and problem solving abilities for learners in higher education. This study was on process in instructional plan around 12 weeks with the undergraduate students in Thailand. The instruments were online tools on cloud system and the results were measured by a problem solving ability assessment, a team learning evaluation form, an attitude questionnaire. The data was statistically analyzed using mean, standard deviation, one way repeated measure ANOVA and t –test.

The research findings discovered the online-supported virtual learning environment to develop problem solving ability and team which based on online collaborative tools; there were divided into three groups
1. learning management system
2. 3D virtual world
3. online interactive and collaborative tools.
