Abstract:
This paper explores strategic international partnerships in adult education with a focus on enhancing learning outcomes, intercultural collaboration, and skill development. The research adopts a comprehensive qualitative methodology, combining document analysis of EU-funded training curricula, semi-structured interviews with at least ten project coordinators from transnational education initiatives, and participant observations during joint learning activities conducted across three European countries. Preliminary findings indicate notable improvements in adult learners’ digital competencies, critical thinking, and employability skills. The study also identifies innovative pedagogical approaches and highlights key challenges in cross-cultural implementation. The paper proposes a practical framework for designing and managing international partnerships that foster inclusive, sustainable, and high-impact adult education programs.
