Abstract:
This paper will show 7 years of experience in blended learning at School of Philology, University of Belgrade. New digital era has changed the educational culture and brought new teaching methods. Implementation of traditional teaching into virtual environment caused the mass revolution between teachers. Some of them embraced new methods while others vigorously rejected them, holding chalk and blackboard as primate. As we all know, Universities have their own tradition and culture in a very conservative environment and every step forward is a methodological milestone. We will try to show through this paper all pros and cons which happened in between.

New culture has to be created. Distance education implies changes as following:
1. Teamwork
2. Evaluation
3. Changes, changes and changes.

If we agree that development is a need and we are already late today, we must introduce them and integrate in the educational process.
