Abstract:
The school must have competitive modern planning skills, it must be based on two elements: efficiency and effectiveness. The School efficiently retrieves and uses the financial resources, human and material endowments, structures and procedures - finally any type of resources - in order to achieve the objectives of reducing as much waste as possible.
The ability to analyze the needs and expectations of 'user represented by students, families, social territory, to respond positively to their needs, highlights, however, is the effectiveness of a system-School.
The goals of this study are:
1. identify the quality indicators based on local needs.
2. establish in the project, what are the indicators that the school stands to become competitive in territorial context and to realize an effective and efficient service.
To do that it is necessary to establish clear indicators of quality.
An indicator must possess certain characteristics from which one can not ignore. First of all it must recall a reference model, to be specific, never general, and generalizable and stable diachronic and synchronic level, and finally it must be substantial in order to assess the phenomenon and relevant to the phenomenon that is to be detected. They are clear milestones that refer to a "qualitative" planning. Indicators, in fact, are the quality standards that the school sets out to achieve its ultimate goal: the formation of 'man and a citizen who is able to live consciously in the world in which he lives and to master the cultural and economic changes. Build and develop specific indicators for each school situation is a task of great importance that should be given to upgraded competent teachers. They have a great responsibility to determine the "value" and "quality" that the school wants to achieve and exceed goals that wants to be competitive as a training agency in a complex situation like the current one. It is clear that we refer to self assessment in terms of diagnosis and assessment of conditions for improvement throughout the training offer. This action must be flexible and strive for continuous improvement, and thanks to a clear and precise definition of indicators it is possible to put into practice the self-assessment. From the summary diagram it can be deduced how each school should put in place an evaluation system through quality indicators.
Assessment System through quality indicators:
- Evaluation mandate
- Identification of quality indicators
- Verification of territorial resources
- Stipula of assessment objectives
- Definition of evaluation design
- Definition of measurement techniques
- Data Collection
- Data analysis
- Expression of evaluative judgment
- Change of situation to improvement
When we speak of evaluation we refer to a public purpose, and the social value that must take the assessment. It is really related to the instance in a society where its aim is the resolution of a problem that is born of a malfunction or of a problem related provision of a service. That is why the assessment is aimed at two particular aspects:
• the process, when we refer to the evaluation of learning and teaching,
• to the system when we refer to the evaluation of the education system.
It is clear that the evaluation of this study is the evaluation system that regards the management, organization and accountability of educational institutions. Keywords:
