Abstract:
The material was prepared within the framework and sponsorship of the project powered by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFFR). It is Siberia and the Arctic Ocean that will give the might to the Russian state”: “The Development of education and research center in the Krasnoyarsk Region by means of an electronic platform of longlife learning (PL2S) to support the development of human capital of Krasnoyarsk Region" (№ 16-16-24005/17) [1].

The problem of the research is connected with insufficient information about real hardships, which migrants face with in new living conditions and defining the key factors for successful integration of representatives of other cultures into the society of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Purpose of the research:
The focus of the research was to explore the conditions for the effective integration of representatives of other cultures into educational environment of the Siberian region by means of E –platform lifelong learning.

Methods of the research:
The study of the conditions for the migrants integration by means of E –platform into the educational environment of Siberian regions was carried out based on theoretical methods (analysis of the findings of the poll conducted among the Krasnoyarsk Krai residents and students of educational establishments of Krasnoyarsk for the period 2012-2016 and content analysis) and empirical methods (questionnaire survey of the educational process actors and interviewing)

Results of the study:
The results of sociological research in the Krasnoyarsk Territory showed that the respondents (Russian schoolchildren) feel mainly positive towards the manifestations of culture sensitivity of children of other cultures.
The obtained results of the research are used for effective adaptation of migrants by the means of E-PLATFORM LIFELONG LEARNING, for developing a new model for creating a way of life for the school in terms of positions (educational work, engagement with parents, educational events, involving representatives of diasporas in the educational process) and their validation to facilitate effective communication between the actors of the educational process on the basis of the principles of cooperation in the multicultural educational environment of the Siberian region.
