Preservation of national and personal identity and development of educational systems in the age of globalization looms large for training and educating an individual, who is a part of the dialogue of cultures in a multinational environment. Therefore the development of mechanisms focused on implementation of educational process by means of smart interactive multicultural technologies of longlife learning is an overriding priority for formation of multicultural education practices of the 21st century. The success of innovative education mostly depends on the qualification of professional staff, willingness to learn throughout life, flexibility to proactively respond to ever-changing needs of the society, manpower market and sustainably developing technologies. It highlights the compelling need for development of scientific-educational complex of the Krasnoyarsk Region by means of the electronic platform of longlife learning [2] using Center of Personalized lifelong learning services (PL2S) to foster professional labour mobility in the context of modernization of education in Russia.
In 2016 Siberian Federal University has launched the RHSF project aimed at development of education and research complex of the Krasnoyarsk Region by means of the electronic platform of continuing education, in the frame of which it is anticipated to use the Electronic Platform for longlife learning as a modern tool that would contribute to and promote longlife learning to fit the overall needs of the regional labour market. IEP SibFU [3] multicultural educational platform, methodic, scientific, educational, diagnostic and networking partners were identified as the key sections. About 2000 residents of the Krasnoyarsk regions, who participated in the survey, are the migrants of different nationalities, primary, middle and high school students and their parents, undergraduate students, teachers and heads of educational institutions.
