Abstract:In IT sphere ontology is a semantic net, which is attached to construct a specific system of concepts describing certain subject domain. Content of notion is reflected with the use of concepts. Formally ontology concept is identified with an object or a class, which has connections with other classes. Class is defined like multiple instances with common properties and containing descriptions of their properties and instances.
The purpose of this article is to describe some directions in ontology development where hierarchical data base usage can lead to a considerable progress in engineering education, particularly in automatic intellectual test generation In this article we will reproduce our step of ontology construction for extracting useful information from available records stored in relational databases. Next step will be transforming it to a hierarchical representation using ontology design to create a storage system
Keywords: Data base, ontology, storage system, intellectual system.
