Abstract:

The paper deals with an experience with master degree education of students in the subject Equipments in Processing Plant I., in which a device of a ball mill has been developed in an industry licensed patent. The industry licensed patent called “A ball mill with a fluidization device” has been created of a standard ball mill device using an education model-the ideas of a student in cooperation with a teacher mutual sharing knowledge and experiences and enriching each other. The education model can be used for a teaching of students in the subjects of innovation focus. The patent has been published in Espacenet database under European Patent Office.

The ball mill with a fluidization device is located in the wall of the mill drum (8) and is furnished by a compressor (10) for supplying the fluidizing medium on the shell (9) of the ball mill. A servomotor (11) for controlling the movable ring (6) is also located here. The ring (6) provides variable movement of at least one blade (1), with fluidization channels (4) passing through the wall of the drum (8). Under the shell (9), there is a fluidization space (7). The blade (1) passes through the sealing sleeve (5) and the wall of the drum (8) in which it is fastened by the locking pin (2). Wherein is partially embedded in the ring (6) where it is fastened with the pin (3) for adjusting the angle of inclination.
