Abstract:
Teleworking can take several forms. The simplest form is, for example, the work of a translator who works remotely; in most cases its communication with the client is limited to the mutual handover of materials by electronic means. However, the situation is somewhat different when workers perform some teamwork and discuss their problems in virtual discussion forums. This can be done by teleworking for teachers and students. When this activity is performed as education, the term E-learning is used.

The interactive E-learning method is more versatile than classical teleworking. In the case of E-learning it is possible to use a number of didactic tools and procedures. If appropriate, it is possible to set up both a discussion forum and a forum for storing and discussing reports, but also to set up forums for individual teams to simulate virtual team tasks.

For our research the students were chosen randomly. The whole group was randomly selected and all students from the selected group were interested in participating in this way of teaching. The discussion has been moved to the NYX server. In this way, students had the opportunity to earn 60% of the possible 100 points. (It is necessary to achieve at least 50 points in order to get the credit.) Half of the students obtained the credit through E-learning. The other half had to write a credit test.
