Abstract:
The research provides a condensed theoretical analysis of EU dual education policies and the Romanian ‎dual education system, offering guidance for companies engaged in dual education programs. By ‎examining program structure, curriculum design, collaboration, and stakeholder involvement, this study ‎offers insights to optimize companies' professional orientation strategies. The research explores the ‎objectives of EU dual education policies, emphasizing the integration of classroom learning with practical ‎work experience. It compares these policies with the Romanian dual education system, identifying ‎similarities and differences. It also highlights the role of companies in shaping students' professional ‎orientation, emphasizing collaboration with educational institutions and stakeholder involvement. ‎Theoretical perspectives are presented, emphasizing knowledge sharing, resource allocation, and ‎expertise exchange between companies and educational institutions. The importance of stakeholder ‎involvement is highlighted, including students, parents, teachers, and policymakers. Based on the ‎analysis, the article provides recommendations for companies engaged in dual education. These include ‎closer partnerships with educational institutions, curriculum alignment with industry needs, mentorship ‎for students, and active participation in program evaluation. The theoretical research contributes to ‎understanding EU dual education policies and the Romanian dual education system. It offers guidance ‎for companies to enhance their professional orientation strategies within the dual education context, ‎supporting the development of a skilled workforce and sustainable economic growth in Romania.
