Abstract:
The research provides a condensed theoretical analysis of EU dual education policies and the Romanian dual education system, offering guidance for companies engaged in dual education programs. By examining program structure, curriculum design, collaboration, and stakeholder involvement, this study offers insights to optimize companies' professional orientation strategies. The research explores the objectives of EU dual education policies, emphasizing the integration of classroom learning with practical work experience. It compares these policies with the Romanian dual education system, identifying similarities and differences. It also highlights the role of companies in shaping students' professional orientation, emphasizing collaboration with educational institutions and stakeholder involvement. Theoretical perspectives are presented, emphasizing knowledge sharing, resource allocation, and expertise exchange between companies and educational institutions. The importance of stakeholder involvement is highlighted, including students, parents, teachers, and policymakers. Based on the analysis, the article provides recommendations for companies engaged in dual education. These include closer partnerships with educational institutions, curriculum alignment with industry needs, mentorship for students, and active participation in program evaluation. The theoretical research contributes to understanding EU dual education policies and the Romanian dual education system. It offers guidance for companies to enhance their professional orientation strategies within the dual education context, supporting the development of a skilled workforce and sustainable economic growth in Romania.Keywords:
