Abstract:
This paper presents the research project aims to make a comparative study to identify the factors that determine the level of media use as a teaching and learning tool in public educational institutions in Brazil and Colombia - taking as study case of Florianópolis and Barranquilla. To this end, we propose the application of questionnaires for teachers and students from both cities. To this end, we propose the application of targeting teachers and students enrolled in public schools in both cities in Colombia and Brazil, whose questionnaires collected data will help analyze the factors associated with teacher and students (intraescolares and extracurricular) that can affect the level of use of the media as a teaching and learning tool in public schools and the determination of the factors that explain the level of media use as teaching tools and learning on the part of both sets of public schools. With these data we seek to a comparative analysis of qualitative / quantitative nature regarding the use of ICT by the basic school in Brazil and Colombia in order to propose public policies that support one educommunicative pedagogical practice. In this sense, the present work aims to highlight epistemologics and administrative aspects of a joint research projects conducted by an international team with the intention to propose public policies for the integration of media in public schools of Brazil and Colombia.Keywords:
