Abstract:
Young people, in situations of social vulnerability, are been formed for the world of work and preparation for life at the Instituto Crescer, in Brazil. Based on the theoretical and methodological principles of Creativity (Torre, 2008; Pujol, 2009); Transdisciplinary Didactics (Moraes, 2015); Ecotraining (Galvani, 2012; Pineau, 2008), (Navarra; Solaz, 2017), Transdisciplinarity (Nicolescu, 1999) since 2016 has established a partnership with the Red Internacional de escuelas Creativas-RIEC/ADEC, Barcelona- Spain. The objective of this article is to report some elements that constitute the process of formation of young people of Instituto Crescer from this partnership, under the focus of transdisciplinary didactics. This experience report is linked to a research that is being developed in the Research Line - Culture, Teaching, Health and Teacher Training, belonging to the Professional Master's Program in Basic Education of the Alto Vale do Rio do Peixe University (UNIARP). The constitutive elements of this process include the continuing education of teachers, periodic planning and collective evaluation meetings, integrated actions and articulated pedagogical practices, curriculum reform, teacher and student participation in the planning and implementation of volunteer actions in communities, development of projects in communities locations, participation in local and regional events, conducting research and publishing in journals, book chapters, is also the focus of research at the postgraduate level (master's and doctorate). This process enabled around 4,000 students and reached 11,000 families with the partnership. Integral training actions for young people have allowed young people to be guided so that they are ethical, responsible professionals who know how to solve real problems, in addition to qualifying them as creative, sensitive, autonomous, conscious and participatory subjects in society.
