Abstract:
The article reveals the essence of the phenomenon of inclusive education as the construction of the educational process based on the principle of cultural pluralism and anti-discrimination policy, contributing to the formation of an inclusive environment to accept the uniqueness, value and diversity of each child and providing a productive every child involvement and support in the general education system, contributing to the implementation pedagogical conditions for the future successful socialization of each student.

The study identified and systematized the main approaches to the problem of inclusive education in the aspect of views of Foreign and Russian scientists (philosophical, cultural, social, educational, psychological); defined factors and barriers of inclusive education; analyzed and observed the current status and modern trends in the development of inclusive education in Russia and in other countries. As the results of the experimental work proposed in the study, determined basic strategies reveal the important conditions for implementation theory of inclusion into practice to improve the inclusive process in Russia.
