Abstract:
The increasing requirements for improving the quality and efficiency of the educational process in higher education institutions, affects the increasing need for pedagogical research related to the identification, study, analysis and monitoring of all components of the activity of teachers, their professional and personal qualities. This actualizes the problem of using scientifically based, objective and effective methods of pedagogical diagnostics. Modern pedagogy needs high-quality, scientifically based research, carried out on the theoretical basis of scientific methodology and confirmed by data obtained empirically. The analysis of the research confirms the relevance of the application of theoretically justified and proven in practice effective methods of pedagogical research. Undoubtedly, one of these methods is a questionnaire. Based on the foregoing, the aim of the study is: to test the questionnaire method during the ascertaining stage of the pedagogical experiment, to analyse the experience of implementing the method and get objective data on students' self-assessment of the level of interaction culture in the digital educational environment of the university. The article explores the experience of the University of management “TISBI”. Research methods: during the research, methods of studying and analysing psychological and pedagogical literature, analysis of questionnaires were used as empirical method, as well as methods of quantitative and qualitative processing of the collected empirical material were used. The results of the study can be used by teachers and undergraduates engaged in pedagogical research, in curricula development, to develop a methodology for the practical training of teachers.
