Abstract:
The rapid development of 3D (bio)printing technology in recent years has been the subject of increasing attention among researchers, academics, students, patients. This innovative technology has great potential in the field of medical education as well.

It is an indisputable fact that modern technologies direct medical education to the introduction of innovations in the educational process. Simultaneously with the use of mock-ups, models, etc. (all modern resources that can be used in training) (bio)printing can significantly increase the quality of modern medical training.

On the one side, students will acquire the necessary knowledge to work with modern medical equipment. On the other side, the use of printed products in training will greatly facilitate the acquisition of medical skills, at least due to the possibility of repetition of certain procedures and actions. This will also ensure better prepared future specialists in terms of their professional realization and patient care. The significant cost reduction of such training should also not be overlooked.

The application of new technologies in medicine, dentistry and pharmacy have completely changed the appearance of healthcare. This necessitates their mass introduction into medical education as well. Thanks to this, it is expected that the opportunities for treatment and improvement of people's quality of life will continuously increase.
