Abstract:

A prosperous factor in the formation of intercultural dialogue is carrying out the international educational projects (festivals, round tables, conferences, etc.). With the development of information technology there is a need to develop effective forms of media which support such projects. It is necessary for provision of uninterrupted international cooperation, network partnership in the educational and cultural environment for creation of the powerful educational resource base which will be useful to students, graduate students, scientists and teachers from the different countries of the world. In article we describe an innovative media form of support of the international educational projects it is hold by the department of Russian Language and literature of South Ural State University. We have developed the concept of the portal (of the website navigator) "The literary map of the Russian abroad of the 2000th years". Its purpose is to create a single information space in the field of literature and culture of the modern Russian abroad. The Russian abroad is a phenomenon of intercultural interaction. It is associated with the ethnic Russian people living abroad and also with the foreign citizens who are interested in Russian history, literature, culture, knowing and learning Russian language. The portal is orientated on all who learn Russian language, interest in the Russian literature, culture, and also literary and cultural ties of Russia with other countries. The creation of the portal is directed to consolidation of the international relations, formation of a reciprocal interest, the interpenetration and respect of cultures at preservation of national identity of each party of intercultural dialogue. The portal performs a synergestic function: it is a databank, an analytical and intellectual resource, a educational, scientific and methodical base, a virtual creative platform. It provides an exit in a intercultural space through the system of hyperlinks and promotes to the effective intercultural interaction in the educational environment. The portal has a unique content which is organized by the model of world`s map. "The literary map" reflects literary and cultural life of the Russian abroad. The portal submits a unique Internet guide that allows you to navigate in the literary and cultural space of the different countries. The portal contains the information about literary projects, competitions, exhibitions, festivals, conferences in the different countries of the world. The portal is a peculiar textbook helping foreigners to learn Russian language. It is an educational resource: the content of it includes video lectures, master classes. Also, it is a virtual art studio: there are creative works of participants of the international educational projects. Content of the website includes: virtual literary excursions along routes of the Russian writers abroad and foreign writers in Russia; a virtual literary museum; a virtual library, etc.

Conclusion:
Innovative media forms of support in the international educational projects represent the unique Internet resources which help to organize educational process effectively. The offered media project is directed to the solution of informative, information, educational tasks, to promotion of reading, science, education, to stimulation of creative activity, to development of the international relations.
