Abstract:
The new generation educational standards of higher education imply the individualization of the educational trajectory, a large set of variable disciplines and realized competencies. The process of educational programs developing based on these standards can be characterized as poorly formalized. It can be divided into two parts - the procedural (lessons plan) and academic (evaluation funds). Monitoring the effectiveness of the educational process and its compliance with regulatory documents is a problem in this case.

Therefore, the aim of the work was the development of an integrated automated system for monitoring the compliance of educational programs with new generation standards for improving the quality of the developed programs and increasing the openness of the educational process.

In the process, the analysis of procedural and reporting documents was done. The integrated automated system for the development of educational programs was implemented. The system allows to solve the problem of classification and accounting of educational standards, programs and plans, directions and training profiles, as well as the steering documents of disciplines in a structured format.
The system is integrated with the website of the educational organization, which provides the possibility of cameral inspection by supervisory authorities and the openness of programs for students.

To ensure the possibility of learning using distance learning technologies, the system is integrated with the electronic educational environment based on Moodle. The system also allows you to make an assessment of students’ residual knowledge and to provide interactive communication between the participants of the educational process.

As a result of the system introduction, management noted an increase in the effectiveness of the educational process quality monitoring in terms of business processes integrating and time saving through ease of use. This was achieved by implementing the module as an integral part of the unified information system of organization. The developed solution was successfully tested during the accreditation of MSUFP in 2017.
