Abstract:
The intensive integration of information and communication technologies into many branches of people's life activity poses serious challenges to the conceptual approaches to the development of education.

Graduates of educational organizations must meet certain new requirements, such as analyzing, systematizing and using knowledge of various types, as well as owning foreign-language communication technologies in situations of social and professional communication.

However, it is clear from practice that the rapid spread of digital technologies in the field of additional education, including foreign language, is characterized by the insufficient implementation of their powerful pedagogical potential for educating the schoolchildren’s humanitarian culture of.

At the same time, we note that institutions that provide additional foreign language education are an excellent platform for the implementation of a student’s humanitarian education in the conditions of digitalization of education, including foreign language.

The methodological basis of the research are the works of domestic and foreign scientists on the problems of educating the humanitarian culture of schoolchildren. Their analysis and systematization allows to give a theoretical and methodological justification of the model of the development of the schoolchildren’s humanitarian culture in the conditions of digitalization of additional foreign language education.

The purpose of the article is a theoretical and methodological justification of the importance of the development of the schoolchildren’s humanitarian culture in the conditions of digitalization of additional foreign language education as a factor of their readiness to conduct a digital dialogue in the modern conditions of the formation of a digital society and the formation of digital citizenship.

Tasks:
1. The development of a model for the development of the schoolchildren’s humanitarian culture of in the conditions of digitalization of additional foreign language education.
2. Theoretical and methodological support of the model of the development of the schoolchildren’s humanitarian culture in the conditions of digitalization of additional foreign language education as a factor of their preparation for life in the modern world;
3. The development and implementation of the program of an integrative course in a foreign language.
4. Setting up an experiment on the effectiveness of using an integrative digital course for the development of the schoolchildren’s humanitarian culture;
5. The analysis and interpretation of the results obtained during the experiment and determination of the prospects for research in the direction of the project.

The results of the research are the development of a model for the development of the schoolchildren’s humanitarian culture in the context of digitalization of additional foreign language education. Testing the effectiveness of the proposed model was carried out, several cross-sections were conducted that characterize the initial, intermediate and final levels of the students’ humanitarian culture.

The results of the study have an important applied value, as they can be applied in the practical activities of teachers working in the field of additional education, in the educational activities of schools and higher educational institutions.
