SOFTWARE FOR AUTOMATION OF ACTIVITY OF THE PERSONNEL IN THE SMART-UNIVERSITY

The purpose of this paper is to describe the programs that will automate the user activities in the Smart-University Project. The objective of the work is the development of sub-systems and user interfaces.

The Smart-University project as the system will be divided into two major parts:
1. LMS (learning management system) - an information system to automate the activities of higher educational institutions and allows to use distance education technologies in teaching.
2. Smart tutor - intelligent information system that allows to teach and carry out knowledge control without the intervention of teachers.

LMS consists of the following subsystems:
1. Social Network (User Interaction)
2. e-library
3. Model of the e-University
4. Educational process
5. Science
6. International cooperation
7. Integration of ICT
8. e-selection committee
9. Career Guidance
10. Advising
11. SH-Maintenance
12. Hostels
13. Personnel Management
14. Document Management
15. Reports
16. Audit
17. Management Control

The second part will consist of intelligent information systems:
1. The choice of specialty programs applicants.
2. Program processing base of knowledge.
3. Programme for the Development of smart tutor, allowing to prepare intelligent electronic educational editions.
4. Programs smart tutor, allowing to carry out intellectual training.
5. Program the smart tutor, allowing to carry out an assessment of intellectual knowledge learner.
6. The knowledge base processing software to identify and explain the errors made in assessing the knowledge of trainees.
